This Privacy Policy explains how Anish Rathi ("Mnemio", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Mnemio mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google. Passwords are stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider (Google Firebase) and are never visible to us.
Learning progress. We store your in-app activity — completed lessons, streaks, quiz and memory-test scores, and the memory "palaces" you create — so your progress is saved and can be restored across devices.
Subscription information. If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your card details. Through our provider RevenueCat, we receive your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) so we can unlock premium content.
Technical data. Standard device and diagnostic information — device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports — is processed to keep the App working correctly.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or voice recordings, and we do not show ads.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the App and your account), consent (notifications and optional features, which you can withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (improving and securing the App), and legal obligation where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that operate the App on our behalf:
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.
We are based in India and use providers that may store and process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where such transfers are subject to the GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email anishrathidrive@gmail.com.
EU/EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. U.S. state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia) have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Mnemio is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In regions with a higher minimum age of digital consent (up to 16 in some countries), you must meet that age or have parental consent to use the App.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls provided by our service providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be notified in the App.
