Terms of Service — Mnemio

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mnemio mobile application ("the App"), provided by Anish Rathi ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Mnemio is an educational app that teaches memory-improvement techniques through a guided daily course, practice exercises, and reference content. It is provided for general educational and self-improvement purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts (where applicable)

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at anishrathidrive@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of the App may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Where offered:

• Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and are subject to their respective terms and payment methods.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the billing terms of the relevant app store.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, as applicable — we do not directly process payments or refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or copy the App's content for redistribution; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; or misrepresent your identity when creating an account.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including lessons, text, design, graphics, and the Mnemio name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial learning only.

7. No professional or medical advice

Mnemio provides general educational content about memory-improvement techniques. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any medical or cognitive condition. Consult a qualified professional for any health-related concerns.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will produce specific results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account (if applicable) at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to you.
